What is my turn around time?
Standard turn around time is 7-10 business days. (Only on selected service) This does not include weekends and major holidays.To confirm the correct turn around time for your service. You can find this information in the description area of the service you selected.”
Can I get a refund for my order?
We offer a manual payment plan through square. Please reach out directly if you are interested in this payment plant arrangement.
Can I pay you every week until my payment is complete?
We offer a manual payment plan through square. Please reach out directly if you are interested in this payment plant arrangement. Please note by selecting a payment plan, your design will be ready once the balance is paid in full
How long do you respond to a message?
We will try to respond as soon as possible. If it’s during the weekend or any major holiday, you can expect a response the next business day however if it’s during our business hour, please expect a response within 24 – 48 hours
How does the revision works?
You are allowed revisions with each service.(the expected amount will in the description of each service). Any additional revisions after project is complete and emailed, will incur an additional fee. With the exception of Websites, revision fee will be discussed based on the nature of the change/s required.
I am interested in a service you do not offer?
You can always reach out to us directly to see if there is a service you can get that we do not offer.
How long can you hold my order for after I have paid?
We will hold an order for only 1 year after payment is made. If the required information isn’t provided in the alloted time. Your payment will be forfeited, no refund will be given and project will not be completed.

Can I make additional changes after the final file is emailed?
Unfortunately any minor changes/revision made after the final files are sent will incur a fee. If the design changes are more complexed then a new order is required. An order is marked completed once all files are emailed. to the client.
Can I send you a screenshot of what I want during my logo design process?
Absolutely! We welcome a full brief of all the ideas you would like for yor logo design. This helps us during our research process and make it easier to create a design concept for your brand. A branding brief is sent to gather all this information.
Can I pay a deposit before you get started?
Yes! You do have the option to pay a deposit to start your project. Balance is due 2 weeks after deposit is paid unless you are on a special payment plan. Please note, your project will not be transfered over unless balance is paid in full
What happens after i place my order?
You will receive an email after order is placed to complete a form. Please note, any delay in providing this information will delay your design process
I don’t have any images for my website can I still order?
Professional images are crucial to a website, however we do offer stock images and AI models to assist depending on your brand. This option will be discussed during your website brief
Can I screenshot my information and send to you?
Absolutely not, To make this process seamless, please type your information. You can create a word document, pdf or send us an email.
Will I be notified during the design process?
We strongly encourage a “Do Not Disturb” policy during your designing process. We do understand that you are excited and you want to be in the loop of the entire process however designing works best when there is no-disturbance hence the reason for our turn around time policy. So you are fully aware of how long your order will take. Please allow us to notify you once your draft is ready to be reviewed
