You can contribute in a way that works best for you! We accept donations via Zelle, Venmo, debit/credit card, or check. We also welcome donated goods or services that support the event, such as decorations, food items, or giveaways. Full instructions are listed in the donation section below.

Yes. To ensure proper printing and promotion, all sponsorship contributions and materials (logos, business info, etc.) must be submitted by August 1st, 2025.

Absolutely! All sponsors are recognized based on their sponsorship tier and are featured on printed materials, social media, and during the event. The earlier you commit, the more visibility you’ll receive.

At this time, donations and sponsorships are not tax-deductible, but we’re happy to provide a formal invoice or receipt for your records.

 Yes! In-kind donations like décor, tableware, food items, printing, or gifts for guests are deeply appreciated and can count toward sponsorship perks. Please email us at infusioncreativehub@gmail.com to discuss your contribution.
